Carite Forest Reserve
Spanish mackerel is a reserve of 6,000 hectares with a dwarf forest that was produced by the high humidity of the region and the soil moist. The highest point is Cerro La Santa, at 3000 feet. For several peaks there are panoramic views of Ponce and the Caribbean Sea. Fifty species of birds live in the forest, making this a recognized bird watching area. Facilities include picnic area and 10 camps (permit required for camping).

Casa Cautiño
The "Casa Cautiño" is a beautiful house designed in Creole style architecture, built in 1887, now a museum and cultural center. Located opposite the town square. Open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm and Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Jobos Bay
The National Estuarine Research Reserve Jobos Bay was established in 1987. The reserve is located between the coasts of Salinas and Guayama, approximately 2,883 hectares of mangrove forest and freshwater wetlands. The two main components: the Black Sea mangrove forest, consisting of a mangrove forest and a complex system of lakes and interspersed with salt and mud flats channels; Keys and Caribbean islands, which are surrounded by coral reefs and seagrass beds, with small deposits of beach and mountain areas. Open daily: 8:00 a.m.-4:00 pm. Guided tours are offered on request and reservation.

Dulce Sueño Fair
  In March every year, Dulce Sueño Fair is held in Guayama. This fair, aimed at families, offers a lot of shows with horses and extends over two days. Traditionally, the fair is a favorite on all horse fairs held throughout the year. It is held in high regard for many horse breeders and riders participating in the event.

Carnaval de Guayama - April
